ACCESS STATEMENT

 

 

PRE ARRIVAL

 

The double access gravel drive leads to a flat stone path with two shallow steps 3.5” (9cm) to the front door. The entrance door is 27.5” (70cm) wide therefore Wheelchair access is limited.

BEDROOMS

 

One double and the twin room are situated on the ground floor, both rooms are carpeted with the en-suite floor ceramic tiled. The shower is thermostatically controlled with a step of 3.5” (9cm) into the cubical.

 

The double with sitting room is situated on the first floor, the stair way is 27.5"(70cm) wide with a tread rise of 6.75” (17cm), all stairs and hallways are carpeted. The en-suite floor is ceramic tiled and the step into the shower is 2” (5cm), the shower is a power shower which is thermostatically controlled.

 

 

DINING AREA

 

The dining room is situated in the conservatory, accessed through the lounge. The lounge is carpeted, a door-jam of 3” (7.5cm) is between the rooms, the floor in the conservatory is ceramic tiled.
