Weston Cottage is an Edwardian Cottage situated in the heart of Broadstone (north Poole, 3 miles from Poole town centre) just 60 metres from Broadstone village centre, which offers a variety of restaurants, shops, banks and amenities. Weston Cottage has high standards and an excellent reputation for cleanliness, comfort and its healthy option breakfast. Adrian & Rae are more than happy to offer one night bookings throughout the entire week, Monday thru Sunday, and to accommodate early morning sailings or late night arrivals (by arrangement).

OUR ROOMS
All our rooms are tastefully decorated to a very high standard with quality fixtures and fittings. Each room has a Flat Screen TV, DVD player (300+ DVD library available), Apple TV and access to free Netflix, WiFi, iPad, Room Safe, Eco Kettle with complimentary hot drinks, Neal's Yard Organic Toiletries, 100% Egyptian Cotton sheets, anti allergic duvets & pillows and a hair dryer.

CANCELLATIONS

If a cancellation is made three days before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged for.
If the cancellation is within three days - the first night will be charged for.
In the case of a no show - the total price of the booking will be charged.

Breakfast
Fully comprehensive healthy breakfast (predominantly organic) consisting of freshly squeezed orange juice, fresh fruit, home made yogurt, cereals (including home made granola), croissants, home made breads and marmalade and other preserves. Boiled, poached or scrambled eggs are also offered. Please note we do not offer a full English breakfast.
Free Wifi
There is Free Wifi throughout the house and garden.
Garden
You have full access to our award winning south facing garden. Weather permitting you can enjoy breakfast on the sun deck, at the alfresco dining table or in the shade of the covered eating area.
You are welcome to relax and spend time soaking up the sun, loungers are provided on request. There are multiple power points and free Wifi for your convenience.
Daily Housekeeping
Our rooms are serviced daily to maintain our high standards. We care for all our laundry on the premises.

The ferry is aprox. 10/15 minutes easy journey from Weston Cottage. We are happy to accommodate early breakfasts on request.
